Payment

1. Payment of the course must be made 4 weeks before the course start date. This ensures confirmation of the student’s placement with their teacher. Once payment is received, the student will be sent details of the Teacher.

2. No refunds will be made under any circumstances.

3. All bank charges must be paid by the student.

4. Payment can be made in sterling or euros. Bank details are as follows:

Cancellations

1. If a cancellation is made between 28 and 15 days before the course start date, Vivastudy will retain 50% of the total payment.

2. If a cancellation is made within 14 days before the course start date, Vivastudy will retain 100% of the total payment.
